Instructions for presenters

  Talks

• Long paper talks (both research and industry tracks): 25 minutes + 5 Q/A
• Short paper talks (both research and industry tracks): 15 minutes + 5 Q/A
• DC paper talks: 12 minutes + 8 Q/A

  Posters

• Poster formats:
  • "Portrait" format: max size of 118x148 cm
  • "Landscape" format: max width: 118 cm
• We will provide pins to stick your poster on the rest
• Although the poster sessions are on Tuesday and Wednesday, the posters can be left on display for the whole duration of the conference
• Poster preparation: Monday afternoon
• Poster take it back on Friday morning
